Time and costs of international shipping can be found in our Ebay store pages. Costs related to taxes and custom duties are not included in the price of the items and shipping costs. They are therefore charged to the purchaser who is required to obtain informations from the customs of competence before executing the order. For international shipments a phone number is required!

PAYPAL
Payment by Paypal can be done with credit card even without holding an acount, simply following the instructions in the purchase form. In case of purchase trought Paypal we will be forced to perform the delivery to the address provided at the time of payment. On Paypal web site you can find informations about the right to any refunds of the shipping costs paid for the return of the products.
BANK TRANSFER
In our Ebay store links you can find the bank details necessary to make the payment by bank transfer. The purchased items will be reserverd for 4 days since placing the order. If, at the expire of the term, the payment will not be credited to our account, the product will be relisted and the order will be considered canceled
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is allowed only in Italy!

We guarantee our customers the right to return the purchased items within 14 days since the delivery of the product by the courier. Within this term the customer must notify us the wish to return the item by mail to our addresses and wait for our return instructions. After that time, we offer 14 more days for the actual delivery of the items to our store. Shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer.
