Mimosa de lEsterel by LOccitane en Provence is a Floral fragrance for women. Mimosa de lEsterel was launched in 2009. Top note is Violet Leaf; middle note is Mimosa; base note is Almond.

L`Occitane en Provence gives us a fragrant gift – yellow, cheerful, intoxicating and seductive mimosa, one of the fragrant symbols of the Mediterranean countries! The new fragrance arrives on the market in October 2009 as the first fragrance from the Voyage en Mediterranee collection.

The new collection by the house of LOccitane takes us for a fragrant journey on the Mediterranean, while discovering aromas and temptation, as well as fragrant treasures of this region. The first fragrance on our sailing is Mimosa de LEsterel, "winter sun" from Esterel mountain on the Azure Coast which blooms in the middle of winter with tiny yellow blossoms and spreads its intoxicating, sweet, powdery scent. Top notes incorporate fresh and gentle aromas of violet leaves which come closer to a sweet and powdery heart of joyful mimosa. A base offers gourmand almond nuances which enrich accentuated floral essences of mimosa.

Shape of its glass flacon reminds of those from the LOccitane Notre Flore collection, while its stopper is golden and decorated with a compass. Symbol of journeys is a rose of the winds, which decorates the flacon and outer carton, and just as with old mariners, it has magical powers which protect them while they are sailing and experience and knowledge.
