The Product & Its Purpose

• The 40mm(High) GaraDry Garage/Flood Seal has been designed to form a watertightseal between the garage doorand the floor.
• The product may also be usedas a flood barrier to prevent water from entering the garage.
• The producthas two uses; as a garage door seal and as a flood barrier.

The Problem and the GaraDry Solution

The 40mmhigh seal:

• Isdesigned to prevent wind-driven rainwater, dust and debris from being blownunder the garage door.
• The product is a viable alternative to fitting anaqua grid. The latter may prove to be both time-consuming and expensive.
• Specifically, it eradicates the damaging effects of wind-blown rainwater. Itmay also prevent small rodents from entering thegaragereducesthe damaging effects of condensation (i.e. rusting) by keeping the garage dryand equipment and toolsprotected. Additionally, energy costs may be reduced asa result of heat conservation.
• Is robustand will stay in position when driven over by vehicles.
• Is availablein six lengths ranging from 2.0m (6'6”) to 6.17m (20'3”).
