First released in the 90s, the SKX Seiko 5 Sports watches were a modernised version of the classics – updating the reliability and durability of the 1960s originals. The 90s collection offered improved practicality – enhanced water resistance, strengthened crystals along with luminous hands and hour markers. These wearable, loveable values still stay strong in today's modernised Seiko 5 Sports designs.
The bi-colour 24-hour bezel is coated in Hardlex, to ensure durability while the GMT hand improves practicality, visibility and legibility. The ‘beads of rice' bracelet remains true to the SKX heritage with a ‘five-piece link' design that forms a series of small X-shaped patterns.
Designed for practical international timekeeping, the GMT hand and high visibility hour markers, along with clear 24-hour bezel, mean multiple time zone calculations can be made at a glance, quickly and easily.
The hands and indices are coated in LumiBrite – fluorescent luminous paint which quickly absorbs light energy, glowing brighter and longer in partial light. LumiBrite starts glowing brightly in the dark and fades slowly.

Warranty Terms:You get 2 years warranty on new watches and 12 month warranty on used watches and all automatic watches (new and used) unless otherwise stated. If there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty does not cover any form of accidental damage, wear and tear, engraving, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Warranty repairs will take 5-28 days depending on the fault. If a warranty claim is made within 30 days of purchase we will cover all postage costs. However if a warranty claim is made after 30 days, the customer is liable for return postage costs.
Please note that the warranty comes directly from us as we are not official stockist for the brand in the UK. Same level of cover will be provided in case of any manufacturers defect with even better service. Please contact us through eBay messaging in case of a warranty claim.
