DELIVERY INFORMATION AND CHARGES

We areofferingsubsidised delivery of just £19.99for most of England Wales. If your postcode is in a HIGH cost delivery area , we will advise you by e-mail as soon as possible to advise of any small additional delivery costs .

You may cancel the order at that time if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs .However most of England and Wales are included and to date ( thousands of pallets sent ) we have only a couple of times had to charge a small bit extra.

Please bear in mind when leaving feedback in relation to delivery costs,That we pay between £45.00 and £60.00 for the delivery of this appliance to most areas.

• The delivery drivers will give you a 15 minute time slot upon delivery for you to unwrap and check that your goods are in the same condition as described on Ebay. If you goods contain any parts please can you ensure none are missing. Once happy with the condition of your goods you will be asked to sign for them. Any claim for damages of missing parts after this time will not be compensated. If you do not check your goods and sign for them no compensation will be made for missing parts or damage.

We will do our best to accommodate delivery times. If you want your goods delivered on a specific day then please let us know either before you buy or straight afterwards so we can accommodate your needs. All deliveries are delivered by one man and to the front of your property. It is down to the discretion of the driver whether he helps carry the product into your premises with the aid of another able person. Delivery will only be made once payment has been received and cleared.

• Collection is Monday to Saturday only. As our warehouse is closed on Sundays.

Cancellations

Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. The item delivered must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that the cost of returning the items will be with the buyer.
