The items in our listings are lovingly scanned at a high resolution or photographed in high resolution with a macro lens to give you a clear magnified view.

We accept payments only through eBay and follow their guidelines of a maximum of 3 days for payment before the order gets automatically cancelled. We would appreciate a quick payment so we can ship out your item quickly and pay our bills on time as well.

We offer combined shipping. The combined shipping is automatically calculated with a nominal charge for additional items beyond the first. If an item has free shipping, all items bought together with that are shipped free. If needed, we will issue you an appropriate invoice or a shipping refund if applicable, at the end of day. If you would like, once you are done with your purchases or bids on a given day, feel free to send us an invoice request proactively.

Unless we state otherwise in a particular listing, we target our order handling time to be within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Orders purchased before 12 P.M. are dispatched the same day. All orders are sent by USPS with tracking.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the mail, please let us know and share any evidence for insurance purposes. Since we carry unique stamps, it will be difficult or impossible for us to replace the stamps. So please work with us as we try to help you resolve such an unforeseen situation out of both of our controls.

We are a young business trying to get a footing. Due to the fragile nature of stamps, we are not accepting any returns at the moment. As we grow, we plan to provide reasonable return policies. So please ensure you zoom in on the high-resolution item images before you decide to bid or purchase.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
